I want you to try this simple box breathing method with the alternate nostril breathing technique. 🌬 This will help you balance your nervous system back to optimal levels. Here’s how it works: 1⃣ Sit comfortably with your back straight 2️⃣ Use your fingers to close your nostrils 3️⃣ Exhale fully through your right nostril 4️⃣ Inhale slowly for four seconds through your right nostril 5️⃣ Close and hold for four seconds on the inhale 6️⃣ Exhale for four seconds through your left nostril 7️⃣ Hold your breath for four seconds on the exhale 8️⃣ Inhale through your left nostril for four seconds 9️⃣ Close your left nostril and hold for four seconds 🔟 Exhale through your right nostril for four seconds Repeat this calming cycle for 5-10 minutes, and then let me know how you’re feeling in the comments below! ⬇️ Want to learn even more about the incredible benefits of Box Breathing combined with Alternate Nostril Breathing?
