Oishii Omakase Tempura is headed by Chef Sato, where diners can look forward to having their definition of tempura, redefined. We tried their dinner Omakase (priced at $220++ per pax) and were suitably impressed with Chef Sato's experience and skilful balance of flavours. Watch him in his element as he prepares each dish to perfection. We really loved the uni offerings here where the Uni on Shiso Leaf features premium Murasaki Uni while the Uni Cream Soba used top grade Bafun Uni. Both were impeccably delicious! Everything else was pretty good, and the best fish to me was the Anago (sea eel) that had a great balance of texture and flavour.
