Potato Skins are an easy and delicious appetizer! Recipe 6 large potatoes Olive oil Salt, pepper, and garlic powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 6 pieces of bacon Sour cream Steps Scrub/wash the potatoes and poke holes in the potatoes with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides of the potatoes. Cover both sides of the potatoes with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place potatoes in an air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. You can also put them in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cooked/chopped bacon. Place back in the air fryer/oven just until the cheese melts.
