This collaboration between Michelin Restaurant Man Fu Yuan (located at InterContinental Singapore) and the Irish Duck Company brings forward the Best of Irish Showcase. For the first time, IDC is collaborating with a restaurant to present a limited time set menu, which will feature the exquisite John Stone Dry-Aged Beef and Pork products alongside their popular Silver Hill Duck. These products are of exceptional quality and present the best of Irish produce. The lamb is simply spectacular! Definitely worth a try if you appreciate fine food.
