INSANE SNACK RECIPE 😳 Save it ❤️ . . MUSHROOM CIGAR ROLLS❤️ Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger and sauté. Add 1 cup sliced mushroom and sauté till it is well cooked. Add 1 cup of vegetables ( cabbage, carrots, capsicum) and toss for a while. Now add 1.5 cups of boiled noodles, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp red chilly paste or 2 tsp red chilly sauce, 1.5 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, salt , chopped coriander stem and leaves and toss well. Keep aside and let it cool. . Take a spring roll sheet ( ready made ones are easily available on online sites like Amazon, bigbasket etc. ) Put some mixture in the middle, roll it as shown , seal with cornflour slurry . Fry in hot oil till golden and crispy. Serve hot with sweet chilly sauce !
