Gewürze nach Wahl 1 Packen Mozzarella ca. 5 EL Vollkornmehl ca. 5 EL Pankomehl 2 Eier Saft von 1-2 Zitrone Zubereitung 🥒 1. Zucchini in Scheiben schneiden. 2. Olivenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Zucchini nach Geschmack würzen und von beiden Seiten anbraten. 3. Jeweils ein Stück Mozzarella zwischen zwei Zucchinischeiben legen und anschließend in Vollkornmehl dann in verquirltem Ei und in Pankomehl wenden. 4. In der Pfanne mit Olivenöl von beiden Seiten goldbraun backen. 5. Mit Zitrone beträufeln und sofort genießen. Fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown on both sides. 5. Drizzle with lemon and enjoy immediately.
