•MUMBAI STREET STYLE LAYS FRANKIE RECIPE•😍 Saw this recipe on Insta a few days back and we were sure we need to try this one out!! A Street style take where you have this masaledaar aloo patty with chilli vinegar and Lays chips for that extra crunch🤤 Also, that frankie masala is a game changer mahn!🙈 Ingredients used are- For Aloo patty- Oil- 1 Tbsp Garlic- 1 Tbsp Cumin (Jeera)- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder- 1 Tbsp Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder- 1 Tbsp Garam masala- 1 Tsp Black pepper powder- 1 Tsp Red chilli sauce- 1 Tsp Tomato ketchup- 1 Tbsp Boiled potatoes- 3-4 medium size Salt to taste and coriander Let the masala cool down before making patties For chilli vinegar- Vinegar- 20 ml Green chillies- 2-3 pcs cut For Frankie Masala- kashmiri Red chilli powder- 2 Tbsp Dhaniya powder- 1 Tbsp Anardana powder- 1 Tbsp (if you don’t have anardana powder, you may use amchur powder) Jeera (Cumin) Powder- 1 Tbsp Garam masala- 1 Tsp Salt to taste You can use this frankie masala in any sandwiches, rolls and wraps too!! Shape the tikkis and cook them from both the sides We have used readymade laccha roti for this recipe! You may use any leftover roti or parantha!
