HARVEST SALAD WITH APPLE CIDER VINAIGRETTE✨ a simple, healthy, and delicious fall staple that will have you reaching for a second salad serving 🤩 @avocado_skillet and I teamed up to bring you this effortless recipe with some of our favorite fall flavors like sweet delicata squash, crisp apples, and a subtly maple-sweetened dressing. We can’t wait to see you make it!🍁 Ingredients: 1 head of kale, shredded and massaged with olive oil 1/2 lb brussel sprouts, shredded 1 delicata squash, halved, seeded, and cut into 1/2” moons 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 apple, diced 3/4 cup hazelnuts 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds Apple Cider Vinaigrette: 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Directions: Preheat your oven to 425 Toss your squash’s with olive oil, paprika, cumin, and salt and pepper and add to a sheet pan Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through While your squash cooks, whisk together your dressing ingredients and chop up your kale, brussel sprouts, apples, and hazelnuts Once your squash has toasted, allow to cook slightly before assembly your salad and toss with your dressing ENJOY! . . #fallsalad #harvestsaladrecipe #easyfallsalad #delicatasquashrecipe #applecidervinaigrette #fallrecipe #plantbased #kalesalad #saladrecipe
