Hi there! Rahel here from @blackgirlswhowhole30 with today’s recipe ✨Cabbage Dumplings✨ Feel free to experiment with this recipe by adding different veggies or protein! We love to pair this with @getsidedish W30 compliant Creamy Sesame sauce which is soooo good 😋 Ingredients for the filling: ✨ 1 lb. ground turkey ✨ 3 cloves garlic, minced ✨ 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos ✨ 1 large egg, lightly beaten ✨ 10-13 cabbage leaves ✨ 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil ✨I used a bag coleslaw but you can substitute with any of your favorite veggies ✨ ¼ teaspoon salt ✨ ¼ teaspoon black pepper ✨ 2 teaspoons paprika ✨ 2 teaspoons onion powder ✨ 2 teaspoons garlic powder Directions: * In a bowl, combine turkey and mix all your ingredients together, Add egg and mix until just combined.  * In a large pot of boiling salted water, blanch cabbage leaves until tender, about 1 minute. I personally like to boil the cabbage for 10 minutes, and carefully pull off the outer leaves. * Cut out the stem of each cabbage leaf and place about 1 tablespoon turkey mixture onto one end of a leaf and roll up tightly, tucking in sides. Repeat with remaining filling and cabbage.  * In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Working in batches, add dumplings, seam side down and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.  * Add 1/4 cup water to skillet and cover with lid. Let steam until turkey is cooked through, 10 minutes.
