【投げ方を一から指導して欲しい】 今回はそんな中学生の方の指導 をさせていただきました。 まず、股関節もそうだが、 胸郭の硬さがかなり気になる。 この胸郭が硬いと体を使って 投げることは厳しい。 股関節や胸郭の動きを出しつつ、 また投球動作の中でもしっかりと 使えるように指導させていただきました。 セッション前後では、見違えるくらい に体の使い方が良くなり、 球速も上がりました。 これからの成長が楽しみです✨ #ピッチング指導 #球速アップ #マンツーマン指導 #PPA
