The Blueprint. SO many talk about what they’re going to do when they get big enough, successful enough or wealthy enough to help. We’ve taken a different approach by committing to do the most with what we have right now to give. 👏🏽 🙏🏽 We give of our time, resources and connections. What does that mean? It means we are ensuring that we improve diversity in the spirits industry by PULLING AS WE CLIMB. 🧗🏽‍♀️ 💯 We are a living examples of the phrase, “Don’t just talk about it. BE ABOUT IT.” Bringing together in one room over 200 BIPOC spirit brand founders, their executive teams, and the industry leaders and investors that can help them succeed. We would have died for these relationships and knowledge when we first began building Uncle Nearest. So, we spent two days, during our inaugural Spirits on the Rise Summit (an outpouring of the Nearest and Jack Advancement Initiative), sharing with these BIPOC founders what we wished we had in our first five years, including so many of the high-level relationships we‘ve developed over that time. 🤩 We can’t wait for you to see what we will do next!
