Himachali Redu / Dahi Tadka!! I can bet this is one of the most comforting meals in the summers! Recipe: Take 200 gms dahi, Add lil water and whisk it well. Make sure it should not be too thick or too runny. For Tadka, Heat 1 tbsp oil, Add 1/4 tsp cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add pinch of hing and 1 red chilli. Now add 1 tbsp Finely chopped garlic and curry leaves. Saute for 30 seconds. Now Add 1 large onion Thinly sliced, And add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric and red chilli powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Finely add Kasuri methi and take out the pan from the gas. Add dahi to the tadka and mix well. Finely garnish with Fresh dhaniya and serve with steaming hot Rice and Enjoy! #dahitadka #summerrecipes #indianfood
