Pancake Muffins 🥞 Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 TSP baking powder Pinch of salt 3/4 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 TBSP butter (melted and cooled) 1 tablespoon maple syrup Toppings! Method: 1. Mix together all of your dry ingredients 2. In a separate bowl mix together all your wet ingredients 3. Combine your wet ingredients with your dry ingredients adding a little at a time whisking continuously until all combined and smooth (ish) 😂 4. Transfer your mixture into a jug to make it easier to pour into tin, pour mixture into a greased muffin tin (I made 12) 5. Add any toppings you like (I added chopped strawberries and sprinkles, blueberries and peanut butter 6.Bake at 190c (fan) for 16 minutes 7. Let cool slightly and serve! Any you don’t eat you can store in the cupboard for 3 days, fridge for 5 days or pop them into the freezer!
