How are we 10 weeks until the NYC Marathon?! Last week was my highest mileage so far this training cycle for a total of 40 miles! I normally do 2 strength workouts a week and have one rest day but I’ve been traveling a lot so my weeks haven’t been too consistent. Hoping to keep the mileage around 40 with two strength training days moving forward! #runnersofinstagram #nycrunning #nycmarathon #marathontraining
