Shred about 4-5 potatoes Add a couple tbps of cassava or normal flour Add your protein source, you can add one or all of them! Add chopped up veggies if you’d like! Salt and spice to taste- I use garlic, onion, paprika, parsley, salt & pepper! Fry them up! Definitely avoid using canola or seed oils! Grab some beef tallow or stick them in the oven to bake!
