#RunnersDiary ✍🏽 Vinyasa yoga has been an integral part of my recovery & this beautiful flow is one of my favourites. This 🧘🏽♀️ sequence has been great for my hamstrings & glutes; 2 things I need to be strong to better my running & fastpace my recovery. I’ve been doing at least 4 sessions per week, 45min-60min each. With all the loadshedding, those hours have been the perfect time to get on my mat 😉 Been working on various #YogaForRunners sequences & I know that you guys will enjoy them.
