Beautiful bakery in Ottawa! 💙 Ottawa has a new cute bakery in town! @tartelette_bakerycafe is the dream project opened by pastry chef Sanaz Homa (@tartelette_pastry ) . She uses her Iranian heritage and her classical French pastry training from @lecordonbleuottawa to influence delightful treats. 👩‍🍳 Some of the menu includes: - Shirazi Tart: this special creation by the chef uses Iranian-inspired flavours, with pistachio cream, white chocolate cardamom, and saffron cream 💛 - Pistachio and Rose Croissant with Iranian rose water syrup 🥐 - Rocher bar with layers of cake, caramel chocolate, and coated in chocolate and hazelnut 🍫 - Specialty Iranian Chai with saffron and dried roses 🍵 And so much more! 🥖🍰🍪☕️ This shop is located in the new development across my former high school. I wish this was around back then because I honestly would have been here every day.
