This week's post holiday meal inspiration 🙌⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For movement, I decided to add in a silent disco instead of walks after meals to mix it up! I know it can sometimes get boring to go on walks all the time. When I’m home during meals I like to mix it up and throw my headphone on and dance! This is also a great mood booster and works for stress relief. Make movement fun so you continue to do it.🕺🏼I usually have time to dance to 4-5 songs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For breakfast I made a chia seed pudding ahead of time so they are grab and go! You can pair it with a handful of any kind of nuts. If you haven’t tried Baru nuts yet I highly recommend them. I’ve been trying to add more plant based meals to my routine so this week I’m making buffalo ranch tofu wraps. If you are dairy free primal kitchens buffalo sauce and ranch are my favorite. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What meals are you making this week?!
