I’m excited to reopen Binkley’s this Friday! We have been working hard to pull it together after our break. I was reflecting on some of the amazing flavors I tasted when we were in the Pacific Northwest. I can’t stop thinking of the loganberries we picked at Dukes Family Vineyards in Wilamette Valley. They were still warm from the sun and unbelievably delicious. The best blackberry like berry I’ve ever had. Not only do the Dukes make outstanding wine, they are also growing amazing culinary delights on there property.
