💪🏻Top 3 triceps movements for bigger and stronger arms💪🏻 1️⃣Full range of motion extensions. If you don’t ever do these go lighter and slower they have a place in a hypertrophy or base block. If this is all you do skip ahead to the next 2! 2️⃣Wider grip and half range of motion. This should allow almost everyone to go heavier, thus the chance of increased strength when done correctly. Keep these strict but think about your lockout on the bench press, and thank us later! 3️⃣Don’t be that person in the gym🤔... unless you have a reason. You don’t have to max out the machine to use this, but if you do you already need more weight. Same setup as #2 but add a band and some body English for even more focus on a heavy lockout.
