I can’t express the importance of having a plan with your training 💯 Over the past few weeks .. I’ve been so busy trying to get everything prepared for my new app - that I’ve struggled to follow a plan for my own training 🤦♀️ And let me tell you… The bar feels heavier than ever 😭 But I’ve just begun a new protocol for my deadlifts - which is something I’ve followed in the past and it’s worked really well 🙌 Here’s an example of what it looks like… Week 1 .. 2 Sets x 6 Reps Week 2 .. 3 Sets x 5 Reps (add 5-10kg / 10-20lb) Week 3 .. 4 Sets x 4 Reps (add 5-10kg / 10-20lb) Week 3 .. 3,2,1 Pyramid (Work Up to a 1RM) This is just a little snapshot but hopefully it gives you some ideas for your own training !!
