4 things we’re not going to do this women’s health week. 1. No apologizing for being in a shite house mood pre getting your period 😤 2. No whispering “do you have a tampon?” Loud and proud, always 📣 3. No shame if we bleed through our undies and it shows a little on our pants 👖 4. No working through the most painful part of our cycle- go gentle, rest where possible 😴 Because for too long now we’ve been told to suck it up and soldier on and we’re done with that. The theme of this years women’s health week is to “grow your knowledge”. So we’ve created a 6 week program in the WIRL app that will do just that (launching the week of the 18th of September). Together we can learn more about our our cycles and our symptoms, then use nutrition to help manage them. 📚You’ll learn specific eating techniques & nutrition tips to reduce your cycle symptoms. 🎧 You’ll do a daily practice session, that helps embed the things you’ve learned into your day-to-day meal moments. 🩸You’ll then track your cycle and symptoms across each phase and we’ll offer daily insights or in the moment support. 🥗 PLUS you’ll get access to our menu planner, shopping list & recipe library based on the science behind the Mediterranean diet and its benefits to cycle health.
