👑I was sewing with a princess this week 😉! My sweet Ruby (granddaughter) is going into kindergarten this month but school didn’t start for her as early as brother and mama (a school counselor) so she spent a good part of the week with me. 👑We had fun finishing this little quilt up that she’d started on another trip. She’s so creative and enthusiastic about sewing. I love encouraging that in my grands. 👑Swipe to see her quilt, the snuggly unicorn minky backing she chose and a special moment when SHE wanted to do the hand stitching and I was helping her. I kinda had all the feels when I was looking at our hands creating together. 🥰 It was perfectly imperfect. Encourage those little ones if they show any interest in creating. It’s something they can do their whole life and will feed their soul 🩵 👑What do you do to encourage creativity in the kids in your life? I’d love to hear.
