Battle of the Bands 5k! 🎸 2nd overall female 🎸🏆🏃🏼‍♀️woo hoo! Thanks to the really fast girls that didn’t show up today! 😂 It’s been hot minute since I placed top 3 in a Track Shack race, but I’ll take it!! 😃😃 . Congrats to Patrick for his top 5 finish and really fast time! (16:21) It was a fun morning, and I felt much better than the last race so hopefully that means those iron levels are on the rise!! . Tomorrow I’m headed to Daytona for a 15k that I will be doing at marathon pace/effort. With Chicago 4 weeks away, I’ve had zero marathon paced training, so I need this! The heat has been tough and for me hitting that pace in regular long runs is just hard. . Thanks to @fugettmark for the the finish video, and a few others I’ll share later!!
