Paprika halbieren und im Ofen ca 25 Minuten bei 220 Grad backen, bis sie oben schwarz wird. 2. Paprika abkühlen lassen, die Haut abziehen und in schmale Streifen schneiden. 3. Walnüsse fein hacken. 4. Brot in Stücke schneiden und kurz in Olivenöl anbraten. 5. Petersilie fein hacken 6. Zutaten für das Dressing vermengen. 7.
