Banana and Spinach Blender Muffins ⁠ You’ll want to SAVE this recipe because it is so easy and delicious, it will be on repeat! It’s also gluten- free and sugar-free! ⁠🍌🥬 ⁠ Ingredients⁠ 1.5 ripe bananas⁠ 1/4 cup water⁠ 1/4 cup nut butter of choice⁠ 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flaxseeds mixed with 2 tbsp water & left to set for 5 mins in fridge)⁠ Handful fresh baby spinach or kale⁠ 1 cup rolled oats⁠ 1/2 tsp baking powder⁠ 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda⁠ 1/4 tsp cinnamon⁠ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁠ ⁠ Method⁠ 1) Preheat oven to 356°F⁠ 2) Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth⁠ 3) Grease mini muffin tray with oil & pour in green batter⁠ 4) Bake in oven for 16 mins.
