Hi folks! Whilst I'm busy scribbling away at my sequel leaving my partner in crime to type up my spiderish scrawl 😂😉 (I must be one of the only people still hand writing his entire books with a pad and pen on his lap with nowhere to live 😂), I am very excited to announce that the PAPERBACK of my FIRST book about this journey, Finding Hildasay, will be coming out next month on October 12th! I'm so excited to reveal the cover to you as well! I love the art, the colours and the fact it shows Jet and I side by side hugging the coastline together with the cliffs, the birds, the mountains and the crashing waves - brings back so many memories! I can't believe it's been nearly 9 months since Finding Hildasay was first published! Now it's going to be in all major and independent bookstores in both hardback and paperback - it's so sureeal! Never in my wildest dreams when I set off could I have imagined finishing this an author with the story of my journey available to be read nationwide! Just the icing on the cake! I feel so proud and as I sit here deep in the throws of the second, it's reminded me just how much it took to write this first book in the first 3 months of Magnus's life whilst still on the walk! It will always remind me of what can be done when you work hard enough and put your mind to it and the power of a great team! Less than a month to go now folks! I want to say such a big thank you to everyone who has supported my first book - reading it, spreading the word, recommending it, leaving positive reviews! Thank you!
