Glossy and crinkly Sea Salt Fudgy Brownies Sugarsmith style 🤙🏻 Make 9x9inch brownies Ingredients:- * 200g chocolate coins * 125g butter * 250g castor sugar * 3 large eggs * Vanilla paste * 50g flour * 50g cocoa powder * 3g baking powder * Pinch of ground coffee * Sea salt flakes Method:- * Double boil chocolate coins & butter together until fully melted * Whisk sugar, eggs and vanilla paste until mixture turns pale (whisk pakai tangan also can. I prefer pakai mixer, tak lenguh 😉) * Sieve all dry ingredients together * Incorporate chocolate butter and egg sugar mixture together and then fold in dry ingredients. Jangan over fold ! * Tuang dalam your baking tray and sprinkle sea salt * Bake at 175c for 35 minutes Tips to get glossy & kedut top:- * Air jangan banyak for double boil. Make sure air mendidih & tak kena the bottom of your bowl * Wajib whisk sugar and eggs sampai color jadi pale * Combine chocolate and egg mixture masa chocolate masih panas, to make sure sugar fully dissolve.
