A Showdown of Epic Proportions These are the types of debates that can: - End Friendships - Tear Families Apart - Lead to black eyes and bruised egos We gathered together a group of trusted tasters to decide once and for all who has the Best Bagels in Denver. @rosenbergsbagels VS @callyourmotherdeli — The Competition Rules — 🥊 👩‍⚖️👨‍⚖️ The Judges panel was made up of 6 tasters 🥯 The Judges tasted 8 bites (4 from each spot). - “The Plain” - A Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese - “The Classic” - An Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese - “The Special” - A unique bagel from each spot. Rosenberg’s Egg Everything vs CYM’s Maple Salt - “The Bakery” - Chocolate Babka Muffin 🙈 Tasting was done “Blind” so that judges didn’t know which restaurant they were trying. Voting was done privately and tallied at the end. — The Results — 🎉 We’re Surprised to report that there were NO unanimous decisions made. Every category was split down the middle. It seems that the previous Rosenbergs Super Fans remained super fans but the less Die Hards of the group were swayed to Call their Mothers. 🏆 Dan’s Vote: “At the end of the day, Rosenbergs took the title for me. The perfect bagel texture bringing up all the nostalgia of growing up in NY.” 🏆 Alicia’s Vote: “Before the competition I was sure that Rosenbergs would win but my taste buds during the blind tasting decided otherwise.
