Chatpata potato crunchies ( Chatpata refers to anything with a spice kick) Ingredients: 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup cup rice flour ( if not available use leftover boiled white rice ) 1/4 cup corn flour 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon amchur (dry mango) powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference) 1 cup breadcrumbs for coating Cooking spray (for air frying) Instructions: Prepare the potato mixture by combining boiled and mashed potatoes, rice flour, corn flour, cumin powder, amchur powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chopped cilantro, chopped green chillies, and salt. Mix until smooth. Shape the mixture into patties and coat them with breadcrumbs. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes. Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the coated potato patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Air fry the patties at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through, or until they are crispy and golden brown on the outside. Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve them hot with your favorite dip or chutney.
