📍🇲🇴 #foodieleimacao 適逢有朋友過大海來澳門,當然要安排一頓正宗葡國菜!今次選了位於葡式歷史建築婆仔屋內的 @albergue1601 ,古典歐陸風情的環境很加分💯今年餐廳還登上了 @50bestdiscovery 榜單,可謂澳門葡菜之光呢✨ 🥘海鮮燴飯 | Arroz de marisco 一整鍋份量十足,以番茄、洋蔥、香葉以及蝦膏為基底的海鮮濃湯泡飯(飯粒的吸水性也恰到好處,不會過份軟爛)面頭鋪滿海蝦、魷魚、青口、蜆等飽滿鮮美的海鮮,把鮮味演繹得淋漓盡致,是這裡必點的招牌菜! 🐖葡式乳豬 | Leitão Assado 一向不好豬肉的我,被這道燒乳豬圈粉了!乳豬以濃厚的香料醃製,再原隻烤製,燒成琥珀色的外皮油亮、微脆,同時更能保留軟嫩的肉質;而燒製過程流出的肉汁精華則製成佐醬。這絕對媲美當年在Coimbra一試難忘的極品乳豬呢。(供應有限,最好提早預定) 🐙八爪魚沙律 | Salada de polvo 充滿地中海風味的必點前菜,八爪魚拌以橄欖和蔬菜, 以橄欖油和醋調味,微酸清新又開胃 🦐蒜香蝦 | Gambas à guilho 以蒜油烹煮的蝦肉,依舊爽口彈牙,濃郁的蒜香更令鮮味加乘 🐟迷你沙丁魚 | Petingas fritas 還是首次吃到跟多春魚一樣大小的沙丁魚,外酥內嫩,佐酒一流 🐟燒馬介休 | Bacalhau assado 經常吃上薯絲馬介休、馬介休球,燒原塊馬介休更鹹香惹味,肉質亦比想像中嫩滑。 🍐砵酒燴梨| Pêra bêbeda 以葡國砵酒、肉桂、八角等香料慢炖原個啤梨,酒香濃醇,冷凍過後酸甜果香更突出,清爽的口感解膩一流,不要錯過這經典葡國甜品 🍨木糠布丁| Serradura 葡國菜不能不點木糠布丁吧!奶香濃郁、口感幼滑的雪糕口感,為這豐盛的一頓劃上完滿句號。
