NOURISHING ITALIAN GNOCCHI SOUP #soupseason îs (finally) back and I had to kick it off with one of my favorites! this hearty yet healthy soup is perfect for the chilly temps ahead. one of my favorite healthy hacks is swapping cooking broth for bone broth. it’s packed with so many benefits like collagen, amino acids, protein, and more! I’ve been using and loving @kettleandfire since 2020 for their quality ingredients and great flavor. use code THEHUNGRYHOOKER to get 20% off when stocking up for soup season! check out this full recipe below & let me know if you try it 🤎 ingredients: 1 lb ground sausage 1 lb potato gnocchi 1 small sweet onion 14.5 oz can diced fire roasted tomatoes 3 garlic cloves, minced 5 cups kettle & fire chicken bone broth 1 red bell pepper, diced 1/3 cup celery, diced 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder red pepper flakes, to taste salt, to taste pepper, to taste parmesan cheese, for garnish instructions: 1. In a large pot over medium heat, add ground sausage. break apart into small pieces and cook until brown and no longer pink. 2. once the sausage is cooked, add the onion, garlic, bell pepper and celery. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. 3. season with 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. stir to combine. 4.
