“How Much Ya Bench Bro” 😂 @ironfulat 3 Tips To Increase Your Bench 1) Bench more to bench MORE! Benching is a skill…the more you practice it the faster it’ll improve. 2) Perform the correct accessories to help improve YOUR weak points on bench. Example: If you are generally weak off the chest, you might look to include a paused bench variation (remove momentum & remove stretch reflex). Alternatively if you are weak at the mid point / lockout - you would include a more tricep focused bench variation such as close grip bench. 3) Using different rep ranges in your program - enable you to handle more volume in the week & recover for the subsequent sessions. You might look to include a higher rep variation: Sets of 8 Rep range at approx 75% for hypertrophy / & a more strength focused session: Working with sets of 3 rep range at approx 85%.
