Real Talk - Real Feelings ❤️ This workshop was SPECIAL. After Rebecca shared her energy and flow with us ❤️ Young Ho shared a story about a very dark time in his life, and how small words of compassion and comfort saved him during this period. You can most likely relate to the “dark time” part - we all have them. Shadow is the natural byproduct of light. 🙏 The feeling of being able to come back home, to a literal place, or just to a person, no matter if we actually end up doing it - just KNOWING that there is a person who cares can make all the difference. 🙏 And while on one side, we wish for all of you that you could think about that special person in your life that makes you feel that way. Even if you couldn’t - YOU can be that person and that comfort. For yourself, and for others! 🙏And on this note, we will happily repeat ourselves: to a certain point a whole community can provide some of that “homey comfort” feeling. Knowing that you’re with people who are rooting for you, celebrating your wins, enjoying spending time flowing next to you. (It takes a village 😉) This is what we feel so often when we see all of you flowing next to each other on the screen. Different countries, cultures, and ages. All united in flow. All united embodying their emotions through movement. Supporting themselves AND each other. THIS is Inside Flow!
