THESE!!🍫🔥 If you’re a s’mores lover… make these. I got the recipe from @rachaelsgoodeats and per usual it did not disappoint 😮💨 Dough Ingredients: 1 egg or sub flax egg 3 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/3 cup cashew butter (or sub any nut/seed butter) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp unsweetened milk of choice 1/4 cup coconut sugar (I added this for more sweetness) 1 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I used @evolvedchocolate signature dark, dairy-free but I think I’d use milk chocolate next time) 1/4-1/2 tsp @maldonsalt Cookie Cups: Shot glass Marshmallows Additional chocolate chips to drizzle Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk wet ingredients together. Stir in almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt. Make sure to press out any clumps of flour. Fold in chocolate chips. Spray cupcake tin with oil then press the dough in each cup and up the sides (dough will yield 9 to 11 cups). Bake for 15 minutes, then let cook on the counter for 5 minutes. Press down each center with the bottom of a shot glass, then add a marshmallow. Let bake for 2-3 minutes then turn the oven to broil and let the marshmallows turn golden brown (~1-3 minutes, make sure to keep an eye on them).
