Smoked salmon & whipped cream cheese ciabatta breakfast sandwich ✨🥯🌱🍅 Elevate your breakfast by swapping a bagel for toasted ciabatta. I’ve also amped up the flavour with caper berries, and the slices of them add some crunch and bite to the sandwich. I’ve also gone for a more classic brown onion slices! I’ve popped the amounts below but truly so simple it barely needs a recipe. Ingredients: 1 half ciabatta, toasted ½ container Paysan Breton Sea Salt whipped cream cheese 1 tbsp caper berries, sliced thinly ¼ brown onion, sliced thinly 100g smoked salmon 1 handful rocket 3 slices of beef tomatoes Sea salt & freshly ground pepper Season tomato slices with salt & pepper. Leave for 5-10 mins (or longer). Slice ciabatta in half. Toast your ciabatta, spread cream cheese over both sides of ciabatta.
