Today we have yet another Sonderwunsch Sport Classic, Chassis 0069/1250 finished here in Gulf Blue. What makes this example so special is that not only does it feature the wheels finished entirely in Gulf Blue, but it also features Gulf Orange painted Sport Classic stripes. Yes, this is one of the six rumored Sport Classics to feature painted stripes. Additional painted elements include the lower portion of the rear bumper around the exhaust tips in Gulf Blue, along with the lower portion of the side view mirrors. The interior features the Classic Cognac Leather selection along with the leather trim pieces and door sill guards. All around the interior is very nice, but admittedly is not nearly as special as the exterior. Beyond all of that, what makes this car so special is the story. Now, I’m not sure how many of you remember, but late 2020 we saw the delivery of the highest optioned Speedster in the world. This was none other than Chassis 0555/1948, delivered to its owner in Puerto Rico. I will include photos of this chassis later on, but it too was finished in Gulf Blue and was featured with a full Gulf Orange painted livery. Rumor has it that those two examples are both owned by the same individual. The photos of the Sport Classic were captured here by @hectoralejandrosantiago, during what seems to be the PDI.
