My playtime is in the gym. . I figure out what my, or my athlete’s, weaknesses are and I try out different movements that I think will solve all of our problem’s. . Sometimes I make these exercises up, but most times I pull from people like @marcusfilly and @thereadystate (people way smarter than me!) who are always so generous with the knowledge and content they put out onto the interwebs. .
