NEW BAD BITCH CAMP DATES: . November 3-5, 2023 . December 8-10, 2023 . January 26-28, 2024 . My camps are a three day “vacation” in Southern California designed specifically for the fitness fiend. . Our days consist of training, eating, bonding, recovering and more training. There will, of course, be some other surprise adventures, but a lot of our time will be spent in the gym, making ourselves better ! . Our training will consist of: olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, running, functional body building, strong man work, etc. . Throughout the weekend, my goal is to share my knowledge and methodologies established from my past 30 years of learning and training. . You don’t have to be an elite level athlete to attend my camp. They are very inclusive and I have had women of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life attend. With that being said, please know that my camps are not easy.
