Seventh try is a charm!! . I remember certain days in Mike’s Gym where my dad wouldn’t let us leave the gym until we made a weight. A weight that HE knew we could make, but our own mind wasn’t so convinced. If that was the case, he’d make us take and retake the weight until WE knew we could make it. . There’s value in being mature enough to know when to walk away from a weight that just “isn’t there today”, but there’s also value in being stubborn enough to know there’s no way in hell you’re walking away until the task is complete. . Thanks for that lesson, Pacha. @mikeburgener . Here’s a 165# snatch. This isn’t even close to my best. Just the other day I made it my first try. But this sport doesn’t care. You get what you get that day and that’s why we love it. . #stayrad
