Chocolate Protein Bar 😋 @peepalfarmproducts Ingredients🍽 1/2 cup Cacao Beans (or, use melted chocolate) 1 cup Oats 1 cup Amaranth 1/2 cup Dates (seeded) 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Nuts & Seeds of your liking Recipe🍃 - If you are using cacao beans toast them and let them cool down. Peel them and grind them into a smooth sauce-like consistency. - Lightly toast oats and amaranth. Keep them aside. - Toast all the nuts and seeds on a low flame. We used pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, cashews, and peanuts. Grind them coarse. -  Mix oats, amaranth, dates, peanut butter, and chocolate in a bowl. If the mixture is wet then you can add some more oats. If you find the mixture to be dry then add dates or peanut butter. If you want the bars to not taste too sweet then better add peanut butter. -  Add a layer of the coarse mixture of seeds and nuts in a mold and then add the chocolate oats mixture. -  Press down on the mixture with a spoon and let it sit in the fridge to firm. Enjoy! Tips: You can add the seeds mixture along with the chocolate mixture. If you don't have the mold then you can shape the mixture into bars with your hands it's just that they will not have clean edges but they will still taste delicious! Each bar has about 9️⃣ grams of protein. How do we know that?
