THE. BEST. HOMEMADE GRANOLA BARS | peanut, apricot & chocolate 🧡 Honestly guys, I’m not even a granola bar girl… but I can’t quite express how good these are. Chewy, crunchy, delicious and full of healthy fats, complex carbs & omegas. Your afternoon snack game just got LEVELLED UP. ▫️ 250g rolled oats ▫️ 20g pumpkin seeds ▫️ 15g hemp seeds ▫️ 130g nuts of choice (I used half cashews and half peanuts) ▫️ 200g dried apricots, chopped ▫️ 50g dark chocolate chips ▫️ 60g honey ▫️ 60g peanut butter ▫️ 280g apple sauce (1 small jar) ▫️ ½ tsp cinnamon ▫️ ¼ tsp salt ▫️ Extra melted dark chocolate for the drizzle Mix the apple sauce, honey and peanut butter together. Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Stir the wet mix into the dry until sticky & coated. Pack tightly with the back of a spoon into a lined ovenproof dish. Bake for 30-35 mins (or until golden) at 170 degrees. Leave to completely cool before slicing (if you have more patience than me, better yet, refrigerate overnight).
