Never miss a Monday? Well I missed a Monday….😏😔 Another migraine attack that started at the weekend and carried on all day Monday, meant I crawled straight back into bed after work. My migraines have been under control for a couple of years now, I still get them but as soon as I feel one coming on, I pop a triptan and 20 minutes later I’m good as gold…. but the last couple of months they are back with a vengeance. The drugs don’t work and I’m back to hiding out in a dark room for sometimes days at a time. This morning I’ve been researching natural remedies and have stocked up on a few supplements to try. Determined not to go back to spending 1/2 of the month in bed.
