Lauki Paneer Kofta made from grated bottle gourd and paneer, served in a tomato-based gravy. I prefer to serve it with a dip for snack time or for dinner with a good portion of cold coleslaw. Ingredients: 1 cup - Paneer, crumbled 1 cup - Bottle gourd, grated and water squeezed off 2 tbsps - Flax seed, powdered 2 tsp - Mint + Coriander 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder 1/2 tsp - Jeera powder 1/4 tsp - Coriander powder Salt In a plate add all the ingredients, knead to smooth dough, roll into small balls and appe pan fry or air fry until crunchy. Sharing the curry recipe in which these koftas can be dunked in.. 2 no’s - Tomatoes 2 - Green Chillies 1/2 tsp - Garam masala 1/2 tsp - Coriander Powder 1 tsp - Chilli powder Salt 1 tsp - Ghee Add tomatoes, green chilli, spices, salt, 1/4 cup water and pressure cook for 2 hisses, allow to cool, blend to smooth paste.
