Nutella filled donuts 🍩 دونات با فیلینگِ نوتلا English recipe in the caption below 👇🏻 به یادِ بچگی هام که دغدغه چاق شدن نداشتم و هفته ای چندتا از این دونات ها که بهش پیراشکی میگفتیم میخوردم🍩☕️ یادمه اون زمان عاشقِ پیراشکی کرمدار بودم، کرمدارو به شکلاتی ترجیح میدادم..ولی برای اولین بار توی دُلش نوتلا ریختمُ فهمیدم تا الان سرم کلاه رفته بود🍫 Ingredients: 2cups flour (250g) 30g granulated sugar 30g butter, room temperature 1tsp instant dry yeast 1/8tsp salt 1 egg, room temperature 120ml lukewarm milk (1/2cup) In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add the butter, vanilla extract , lukewarm milk and egg. Mix and then knead until the dough is smooth & doesn't stick to your hand (around 10-15 minutes). If it is too sticky during the kneading process, add a little more flour. Lightly grease a large bowl with a little oil. Bring dough together into one ball, place in bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to rise. You want the dough to double in size, it should take approximately 60-90 minutes.Lightly flour bench. Remove dough from bowl. Use a round cutter to cut out circles of the dough. Gently cover with plastic wrap and leave for 30-45 minutes. Then fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
