Korean Fried Chicken Burger🍔 If it is not saucey, I won’t have it😌😉. SUPER CWISPY fried chicken🍗 with creamy and spicy gochujang mayo🔥, tangy kimchi and sandwiched between soft brioche bun🍔. Ingredients: 2 chicken thighs or breast 2 brioche / potato buns Kimchi Marinade: 2 cups of buttermilk 1 tbsp of gochugaru / korean chili flakes 1 tbsp of garlic powder 1 tbsp of onion powder 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of black pepper Seasoning flour: 1 cup of All purpose flour 1 cup of corn starch 1 tbsp of gochugaru / korean chilli flakes 1 tbsp of garlic powder 1 tbsp of onion powder 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of black pepper Korean Spicy Mayo: 5 tbsp of mayonnaise 1.5 tbsp of gochujang / Korean chili paste 1 tbsp of light soy sauce Steps: 1. In a bowl, prepare the marinade and season the chicken for at least 1 hour to overnight 2. In another bowl, mix all of the ingredients for the seasoning flour 3. Coat the marinated chicken in the seasoning flour. Then, let it rest for at least 15-20 minutes. 4. For the double coating, bring the chicken back to the wet batter ( marinade), shake off any excess, then into the seasoning flour and shake off any excess. 5. Fry the chicken at 370F for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 6. Let the chicken rest. 7. Spread some butter onto the burger buns and toast until golden brown. 8.
