Don’t believe the breastfeeding hype! I can obviously breakdown the nutritional health benefits of breastfeeding for both baby and mother, however, breastfeeding has never been just about that.   It’s about connection, feeling that oxytocin, upholding the sacredness of mother and child and how that will permeate through our communities, our cultural norms, the beauty of how we see ourselves; ascension.  Yes, there’s Immunity, digestive health, Optimal Growth, reduced cancer risk… however there’s also, bone health, economic benefit, environmentally friendly, emotional health and Community consciousness!   We deserve!! circa 2017 #bbw2023 #breastfeeding #naturalparenting #weoutside #consciousparenting #blackwomendobreastfeed #normalizebreastfeeding
