Sticky & spicy mushroom noodle bowl 🌱✨🌶️ Once you have the mushrooms made, you can add them to anything and have any of your fav veg, noodles, rice, etc with them. I recently tried this @tabasco sweet & spicy sauce and I promise it’s fantastic with so many things, and is a delicious addition to this easy little marinade I made for the mushrooms. Ingredients for mushrooms: 2 large oyster mushrooms, halved 2 tbsp @tabasco sweet & spicy sauce 1 tsp honey 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oil Make extra of the sauce if you want to have it with your meal or just drizzle the sweet & spicy sauce over the top. Mix the sauce ingredients together. Brush the mushrooms in the marinade. Heat oil in a pan and place the mushrooms flat side down. Grill until golden brown and then flip. I recommend not moving them around for at least a few minutes when you first put them in. This will ensure you get that lovely golden colour. When golden brown on both sides, serve up and enjoy! I served mine with some rice noodles, pak choy, baby corn, mange tout and drizzled with the Tabasco sweet & spicy sauce, sprinkle of sesame seeds. Lil bit of lemon was nice, too.
