The asana practise taught me - the beauty of acceptance! I can fail and it‘s ok. It’s not about perfection, it‘s about showing up, exactly as I am, without judgment - to let go of control. It’s allowing life to flow as it will, with trust and also surrender. (Still a big work in progress for me, but getting better, since I became a mom ) - a profound sense of unity through In a yogaclass, we come as individuals, yet we move and breathe as one. So this practise has deepened my understanding that we are all interconnected on a broader scale.
