If it feels too late, it's the exact time When you're in your 20s-40s you can still get away with not exercising (although you won't be thriving and in optimal health) But still... You can still walk and put on clothes But the older you get, the harder everyday tasks become Especially for those individuals who lack physical fitness and strength At the age of 70-80, those with the lowest grip strength report 3-4x more difficulty in everyday tasks such as going to the toilet, putting on clothes and getting up from a chair Ironically, those people are not capable of exercisimg but they're in the most need of it Exercise and keeping your body active is the only thing that slows down this age-related loss of functional independence and fitness There is no supplement or food that would do this You have to fight the uphill battle because otherwise you'll slide straight off the cliff So, staying physically active even in your youth and maintaining it throughout your life is the most powerful way to slow down age-related physical decline P.S.
